You get it done Managing a team of process engineers and continuously improving logistics processes within multiple warehouses in Southwest Netherlands: you help make it happen.
How do you do this? As supervisor process engineering, you lead a team of process engineers who are responsible for analysing, optimizing and implementing logistics processes within our warehouse operation. Together with operations, account management, IT, automation and project management, you ensure that processes not only become more efficient but also remain future-proof. You achieve this by: managing, coaching and developing a team of process engineers; conducting one-on-ones, progress and performance reviews, and guiding the personal development of your team members; identifying, initiating and implementing improvement projects within our logistics operations; analyzing operational processes, data and performance in order to implement concrete improvements; aligning priorities and projects with operations managers, account managers and customers; promoting a culture focused on continuous improvement, LEAN and operational excellence; building a strong internal network with colleagues in operations, IT, automation, engineering and project management.

You bring Higher professional (hbo) or academic (wo) work and thinking level, preferably in the direction of logistics, supply chain or business administration; at least 5 years of experience in logistics engineering, process engineering or supply chain improvement; leadership experience or demonstrable experience in managing project or improvement teams; experience with continuous improvement, LEAN or operational excellence; strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision making; good communication skills in both Dutch and English.
