About the Opportunity We’re looking for a hands-on Store Manager to lead our Clennett’s Mitre 10 Hobart store. You'll be responsible for building a strong team, delivering great customer service and driving store performance. Leading a close-knit team across retail and trade, you'll coach and develop your people, oversee store operations and inventory, and help grow customer awareness in the local community.
This role may suit an experienced Store Manager or a strong retail 2IC ready to take the next step.
The store operates seven days a week, with a flexible 38-hour roster between 7:30am and 5:00pm Monday to Friday, plus occasional weekend coverage.
