- Join us as a Technical Trainer Your main responsibilities Looking for an energetic and passionate Technical Trainer to deliver training on elevator maintenance, troubleshooting, safety, and service excellence.
- The role involves conducting hands-on training using simulators, classroom instruction, and practical field coaching at customer and project sites.
- The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge of elevator systems and maintenance practices, with the ability to simplify complex concepts and make learning engaging and effective.
- The trainer will be responsible for planning and delivering training programs, assessing trainee competence, developing learning materials, and supporting technician assessments & certifications.
- The candidate must be technology savvy, curious about emerging technologies, and willing to leverage digital learning tools, simulators, AI-enabled platforms, and modern training methodologies to enhance learning outcomes.
- We seek an individual who is humble, collaborative, and learner-focused, with a strong commitment to developing technical talent.
- Excellent in presentation, coaching, and facilitation skills are essential . What you bring Diploma or Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Electronics, Mechatronics, or related discipline.
- Experience in elevator maintenance, service operations, or technical training.
- Strong troubleshooting and hands-on technical skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Hindi, along with proficiency in any one South Indian language (Tamil / Telugu / Kannada, or Malayalam).
