J.P. Morgan Asset Management is committed to providing exceptional service to our clients and business partners. Our Sales and Client Service teams, together with Investment, Product and other specialist partners, leverage the capabilities of the global firm to deliver an integrated client experience and meet clients' investment and servicing needs.
Within EMEA Client Service, this role has a specific focus on our insurance client base, providing dedicated coverage that recognises the distinct investment structures, operating models and servicing requirements of insurance clients.
The Client Account Management team serves as the guardian of the client experience for J.P. Morgan Asset Management. Client Account Managers (CAMs) are responsible for building strong client relationships and delivering a consistently high standard of service throughout the client lifecycle.
This Vice President role has a dedicated focus on EMEA insurance clients. The Client Account Manager (CAM) owns the service relationship for a portfolio of clients, developing a deep understanding of their business, operating models, investment arrangements, governance and distinct servicing requirements. The role goes beyond coordinating day-to-day activity: the CAM anticipates needs, exercises sound judgement, identifies risks and opportunities, influences outcomes and continually improves the client experience.
The successful candidate will develop a strong understanding of the distinct and evolving needs of insurance clients, including their operating models and servicing requirements, and will champion those needs across the wider organisation.
Working in close partnership with Client Advisors, Investment and Product Specialists and colleagues across the broader firm, the CAM will form part of an integrated client team focused on delivering an exceptional client experience. This requires strong relationship management, commercial awareness, effective governance and a robust risk and controls mindset.
Most importantly, we believe in doing 'first class business in a first-class way'. The successful candidate will share our commitment to creating an exceptional client experience while managing our business in an ethical and compliant way.
