Roles & responsibilities
- Lead sourcing initiatives across IT categories including software, SaaS, hardware, infrastructure, AMCs, professional services including IT FMS, telecom and cyber security.
- Drive commercial negotiations and manage vendor relationships.
- Oversee contract drafting, review, and execution with Legal and IT teams.
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies and risk frameworks.
- Partner with IT stakeholders to align sourcing strategies with technology needs.
- Drive cost optimization, license consolidation, and value realization.
- Manage contract renewals and lifecycle planning.
- Strategic sourcing.
- Support procurement systems such as Coupa, SAP, or Ariba.
- Spend analysis.
- Contract repository and management.

Educational qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred), or CPSM, CIPS, CPIM, CPP. .
Work experience
- 8–12 years of IT Procurement experience for large MNCs.
- Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
- Analytical Skills, Presentation & Interpersonal Skills
- Large shared services/MNCs
