Based in Manila, our Global Delivery Centre is an integral part of how we deliver these services, connecting talented Philippines-based specialists with our teams and clients across Australia and the wider NRI Group. Bring your expertise to our team as an SAP Functional Consultant to provide functional capability for SAP HR/HCM.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide operational support across SAP HR/HCM
- Configure and support OM, PA, Time Management, Training & Event management, Organization Publisher, & ADP-MyTime
- Troubleshoot complex HR/HCM issues
- Develop functional specifications and support enhancements
- Work closely with ABAP, Basis, Finance, Security and SuccessFactors teams
- Support upgrades, support packs, SAP Notes, testing and deployments
- Support data migration, interfaces and mass uploads
- Drive automation, optimisation and continuous improvement
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Candidate must be open to a Fixed Term role (6 months).
- 5+ years SAP ECC6 functional consulting experience, and a minimum of 3 years' SAP HR experience in support roles.
- Extensive experience supporting SAP HCM modules including Organization Management, Personnel administration, time management, Training & Event management, Organization Publisher, & ADP-MyTime.
- Demonstrated experience with SAP configuration, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and production support in complex enterprise environments.
- Experience with SAP data migration tools including LSMW and BDC.
- Knowledge of SAP OSS Notes, support packages, testing methodologies, and release management practices.
- Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors Learning Management System (LMS).
- Strong understanding of ITSM processes and experience using ServiceNow or similar tools.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication, documentation, and knowledge transfer skills.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively across business and technical teams while managing competing priorities and critical payroll timelines.
