B. Job Objective
Job Purpose
To lead and oversee the entire production function at Vikram Solar’s Tirunelveli facility, ensuring optimal efficiency, quality, and safety in solar module manufacturing. The role is critical in driving operational excellence, implementing industry best practices, and aligning production strategies with the company’s growth and sustainability goals

D. Role Requirements / Specifications
Desired Qualifications
B.E. / B.Tech in with exp in solar industry is preferred
Desired Experience
- 10-15 of exp in Solar PV Module Manufacturing Experience.
- Monitor Plant OEE/OLE to ensure optimum utilization of assets and resources on a weekly basis; Monitor loss due to breakdown of critical machines/lines and direct resolution
Knowledge & Skills
- Oversee planning and scheduling of maintenance activities to ensure that preventive maintenance is carried out as per schedule and downtime is reduced in order to maximize unit uptime and optimize capacity utilization of the Unit. Proficiency in MS Office, CRM, and digital sales tools
