We're looking for a Service Contract Administrator to join our team in Belgium. In this role, you'll play a critical part in supporting the administration and lifecycle management of service contracts across EMEA, partnering closely with Sales, Service, Finance and Customer Support teams to ensure contract and billing processes are accurate, efficient and compliant.

What you will do
- Create and process contract quotations, amendments and renewals
- Ensure accurate and timely contract billing activities
- Maintain contract, customer and installed-base data within internal systems
- Monitor renewal opportunities and support internal teams with contract planning activities
- Investigate and resolve billing, invoicing and contract-related queries
- Partner closely with Sales, Service, Finance and Customer Support teams across multiple countries
- Produce reports and support ongoing process improvement initiatives
- Ensure compliance with internal procedures and service contract policies
What we are looking for
- Experience in contracts administration, sales administration, order management, commercial support, or a similar operational role
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy when working with contracts, systems and data
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Interpersonal skills and confidence working with a wide range of internal stakeholders
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement
- Good Excel skills and confidence working across multiple systems
- Experience with Oracle, Salesforce or other ERP/CRM platforms would be beneficial
- Fluency in English; Dutch and/or French would be advantageous

Salary: €45,000 – €55,000 gross per year
The final offer will depend on experience, skills, and alignment with internal pay structures. In addition, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including pension and insurance.
