About this role
As an ACC Specialist will manage the import pricing and commercial performance of assigned air freight lanes, with a clear focus on competitive pricing, profitability, conversion and volume growth.
What You Will Do
- Manage Air Freight Pricing: Prepare competitive and profitable pricing for ad-hoc and regular business.
- Improve Quote Performance: Monitor quotation results and take actions to improve conversion and business wins.
- Drive Profitable Growth: Analyze profitability, volume and business mix to identify growth opportunities.
- Manage Market Rates: Keep pricing competitive and up to date based on market and lane developments.
- Support RFQs: Provide pricing input and commercial support for RFQ opportunities.
- Develop Lane Performance: Identify target cargo and opportunities to strengthen consolidation and lane performance.
- Work Across Teams: Cooperate closely with Sales, Operations and international network teams to develop effective solutions.
- Manage Special Pricing: Handle charter requests, seasonal offers and other special pricing opportunities.
- Support Business Development: Contribute to new business wins and retention through competitive and sustainable solutions.
- Ensure Compliance: Follow company standards and relevant regulatory and quality requirements.
What We Are Looking For
- Minimum 5 years of experience in air freight, preferably pricing, commercial or operations
- Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university
- Advanced command of English
- Very good command of MS Office applications esp. Excel
- Strong commercial and analytical mindset
- Proactive, solution-oriented and comfortable managing multiple priorities
- Residence in Istanbul
- No military service obligation (for male candidates)
