Unser Bereich
Die Abteilung „Mechanische Komponenten" fertigt mechanische Bauteile durch Fräsen, Blechbearbeitung und Kunststofftechnik, fügt Bauteile durch verschiedene Klebe-, Löt- und Schweißverfahren, lackiert Bauteile und führt Montagetätigkeiten durch.
Ihre Aufgaben
- Durchführung der Vor- und Nachbehandlung von Aluminiumbauteilen in der nasschemischen Fertigung
- Vorbereitung und Aufbau von Baugruppen für den Salzbadlötprozess
- Durchführung des Salzbadlötens von Aluminium-Baugruppen
- Fachgerechtes Ausrichten und Nachbearbeiten gelöteter Baugruppen
- Durchführung, Dokumentation und Nachverfolgung regelmäßiger Wartungsarbeiten
- Unterstützung bei der Erstellung und Optimierung von Lötanweisungen sowie bei der Entwicklung und Anpassung von Lötvorrichtungen
- Erfassung und Pflege fertigungsrelevanter Daten, insbesondere von Arbeitszeiten und Fertigungsaufwänden, in SAP/MES
Ihr Profil
- Abgeschlossene technische Berufsausbildung, idealerweise als Industriemechaniker (m/w/d) oder in einem vergleichbaren Beruf
- Gute handwerkliche Fähigkeiten sowie ausgeprägtes Geschick bei präzisen Arbeiten
- Sicherer Umgang mit technischen Zeichnungen und deren Umsetzung in der Fertigung
- Erste Erfahrungen im Löten von Baugruppen sind von Vorteil
- Selbstständige, strukturierte und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
- Ausgeprägte Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit
- Hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein sowie eine sorgfältige und qualitätsorientierte Arbeitsweise
