About this role
V.Ships Leisure is looking for Chief Steward GPA on behalf of Orient Express Sailing Yachts.
- The Chief Steward GPA is responsible for the cleanliness according to USPH regulation, maintenance and upkeep of all galleys and all equipment and ship's property that he is working with; to be responsibly minded for the breakage and loss of any equipment.
- To handle all the cleaning materials, chemicals and machinery necessary for the daily operation of the galley areas.
- Supervise, schedule and manages the GPA Galley Utilities.
- Actively involved in cleaning duties.
- Knowledgeable and enforces USPH protocols to achieve required standards.
- Active participation in onboard training programs.
- Ensures all logs are in compliance with USPH regulation.
- Additional duties, not mentioned here, will be expected as per management request.
