Utilities One is seeking a detail-oriented, analytical, and highly motivated Junior Procurement Coordinator to support procurement, inventory management, and master data governance across our Telecom, Water, and Power operations . This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving problems, learning new things every day, and taking ownership . The work is detail-intensive, fast-paced, and requires a high degree of accuracy, initiative, and accountability. Employment Type: Full-Time. Work Schedule: 6:30pm - 2:30am (IST) – Fully on Site (No Hybrid, No WFH). Location: EMAAR Digital Green, Tower B, Golf Course Road Extension, Sector 61, Gurugram, Haryana – 122011.
- Develop deep expertise in Telecom, Water, and Power construction materials and their applications.
- Work closely with engineering, operations, warehouse teams, and vendors to support successful project execution.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure material availability across projects and warehouse locations.
- Review project Bills of Materials (BOMs) and Bidding Packages and coordinate procurement requirements with operations and business development teams.
- Maintain and improve item master data and naming standards within Utilities One's Single Source of Truth (SSOT).
- Analyze spreadsheets, inventory reports, and procurement data to identify discrepancies, trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
- Ensure materials, pricing, vendors, and inventory transactions are correctly entered and maintained within company systems.
