- We are seeking a friendly and reliable Commercial Lines CSR to join our close-knit team.
- In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our valued clients, assisting them with their insurance needs and ensuring a positive experience.
- Assist clients with policy changes, billing inquiries, and claims support.
- Issue insurance ID cards, certificates of insurance, and other policy documents.
- Process endorsements and renewals.
- Maintain accurate client records.
