About the role
- We're looking for a Senior Product Designer to own the B2C customer journey inside the Tabby app.
- Different product teams build different products — Tabby Card, Tabby Cash, BNPL — and they often do it apart from each other.
- The experience is not always consistent or whole.
- Your mission is to look at the product the way one customer does, and make it feel like one ecosystem.
- The B2C Life Cycle team owns that journey.
- In practice, that means activation: onboarding, communicating the value of each product, activating financial products, and getting the customer to a first transaction.
- After that, you design how we keep explaining the value so people come back and keep transacting.
- You will also work on the subscription and help develop the Tabby+ model.
