About the role
- We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Area Business Manager (ABM) to join our team in Balangir, Odisha.
- The ABM will take care of sales for Sun King Grid-Tied Inverters and Rooftop Solar (RTS) solutions under PM Surya Ghar Yojana and will work on engaging customers effectively to run overall sales in the region.
- Drive sales of Sun King grid-tied inverters and roof top solar systems.
- Achieve sales targets by successfully mentoring a field sales team of energy officers.
- Build business by organizing sales visits for existing leads, identifying and selling prospects; maintaining relationships with clients.
- Build funnel through EPCs, EO (Energy Officers), banks, partners, and direct consumers & by identifying business opportunities by new channels and channel partners.
- Conduct customer meets, demos, and partner activations.
- Ensure complete documentation, KYC, and subsidy compliance.
- Oversee installation coordination and payment collections.
- Monitor customer experience and conduct field audits.
- Ensure complete adoption of CRM and tech tools to manage the sales process through software tools used in Sun King.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans that expand a company's customer base and solidify its presence.
- Sell by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending and upselling solutions.
- Maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; recommending profit and service improvements.
