Department Property Reporting to Property Director Role Purpose The Prolease Systems and Data Manager is responsible for the administration, governance and continuous improvement of the Prolease platform, ensuring lease, landlord and supplier data is accurate, complete and effectively controlled. The role acts as the business owner of Prolease, maintaining system integrity, supporting operational processes and ensuring Prolease remains the single source of truth for lease management, landlord payments and lease accounting.
Data Governance & Quality Own and maintain Prolease data governance standards, controls and procedures. Define, implement and maintain Prolease system, data governance and operational processes. Ensure lease, landlord and supplier data is complete, accurate and up to date. Monitor data quality, investigate discrepancies and oversee remediation activities. Produce regular data quality, compliance and exception reporting. Promote accountability for data ownership and quality across the Property team.
- System Administration Act as the day-to-day administrator of the Prolease platform.
- Manage user access, security roles and permissions.
- Maintain system configuration documentation and administration processes.
- Coordinate user onboarding and training.
- Act as the primary contact for system support.
- Support system upgrades and enhancements.
- Maintain a roadmap of system and process improvement initiatives.
- People Lead, develop and motivate a small Prolease administration team.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, performance management and training activities as required.
- Partner with Property, Finance, Accounts Payable, IT and Finance Systems teams.
- Support external audit requirements.
