Looking for a part-time veterinary receptionist role where your client service skills make a difference?
Bayshore Animal Clinic is seeking an experienced, compassionate, and organized Veterinary Receptionist / Veterinary CSR to support our front desk team and deliver an exceptional experience for pets and their people.
Schedule: 2 days per week — Mondays and Fridays, with the opportunity to pick up a third day as scheduling needs arise.
Location: 2812 W Gandy Blvd, Tampa, FL 33611 Previous veterinary reception, veterinary CSR, veterinary client service, or animal hospital experience strongly preferred.
Strong customer service, communication, and relationship-building skills.
Excellent organization, attention to detail, and accurate data entry.
Ability to multitask and remain calm in a busy veterinary environment.
Comfort with computers and learning veterinary practice management software.
Dependability, compassion, teamwork, and a willingness to learn. Comfort working around dogs, cats, and other companion animals.
