About this role
We’re looking for an Engineering Manager to lead our Grocery Marketplace Experience team. The team builds the native Grocery and Food storefront in the inDrive super app: the iOS and Android experience and the mobile backend-for-frontend. In this role, you’ll hire and lead a cross-functional team of 8–9 engineers, and build high-performance, scalable systems together with them. Hire, lead and grow a cross-functional engineering team (iOS, Android, backend, QA), supporting new developers’ adaptation and career development Manage project planning, execution, and resource allocation to ensure high-quality and on-time software delivery Align engineering efforts with business goals through close collaboration with stakeholders and the other teams Develop and optimize engineering processes, tools, and technologies in collaboration with the teams Build and nurture a developer community within the company and participate in external conferences Oversee the use of core technologies, including Golang, Kubernetes and native iOS and Android development, to ensure efficient development practices
