Job Title: Commercial Operations Apprentice Location: DLF Cyber Hub, Gurugram Program Duration: 12-Month Apprenticeship Schedule: We are hiring 3 Commercial Operations Apprentices , each aligned to a different sales region. One apprentice will support the APAC region and work primarily during Australia/APAC business hours , one apprentice will support the EMEA region and work primarily during UK business hours , and one apprentice will support the North America region and work primarily during Eastern Time (ET) business hours . To support collaboration, learning, and cohort development, all apprentices will also work a designated block of India business hours one day per week to participate in training, mentoring, and apprenticeship program activities. exact schedule will be confirmed at time of offer, should you be selected for the role About the Program The Eptura Apprenticeship Program is designed to provide recent graduates and early-career professionals with meaningful, hands-on experience within a global SaaS organization.
Throughout this 12-month program, apprentices will receive mentoring, structured learning opportunities, and exposure to commercial operations and sales processes.

- Role Overview The Commercial Operations Apprentice supports Eptura's sales organization by assisting with customer transactions, quote preparation, contract administration, and order processing activities.
- This role helps accelerate customer responsiveness while allowing sales representatives to focus on larger and more strategic opportunities.
- Create sales quotes within Salesforce and related business systems Support small customer transactions and commercial requests Assist customers with license additions, upgrades, and other routine commercial activities Generate pricing requests using established approval processes Coordinate contract preparation and customer documentation Send agreements for signature and track completion status Support order processing and transaction fulfillment activities Maintain accurate customer and opportunity information within Salesforce Partner closely with Account Executives, Customer Success Managers, Deal Desk, and Finance teams Ensure data quality and adherence to established sales processes Participate in apprenticeship learning programs, coaching sessions, and development activities What You'll Learn SaaS sales processes Salesforce CRM Commercial operations and deal administration Quote-to-cash lifecycle Customer communication best practices Contract and pricing fundamentals Cross-functional collaboration in a global organization
