- We’re seeking a Transportation Claims Adjuster who brings strong technical expertise, sound judgment, and a proactive approach to managing auto and trucking liability claims.
- The Transportation Claims Adjuster is responsible for investigating, evaluating, negotiating, and resolving personal auto and commercial transportation-related claims in accordance with company guidelines and regulatory requirements.
- Claims may include Collision (Coll), Cargo, Property Damage (PD), Bodily Injury (BI), and other Commercial Liability (CL) exposures arising from transportation operations.
- This role handles claims of increasing complexity depending on level and collaborates with clients, insureds, attorneys, medical providers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate claim resolution.
- Bilingual in Spanish (read & write) Prefer minimum of 5 years commercial transportation experience Superior report writing skills Strong Time Management skills Effective Communicator Holds a valid Texas all lines license (Florida, New Mexico, and other licenses a plus) Able to work in a fast-paced environment Have above average computer skills Team player Litigation Experience is required
