About this role
- 1. 負責開餐前置作業（備料與出餐）、下午茶相關餐點準備。 2. 協助日式拉麵備料、出餐與廚務執行，須熟悉內場全盤實作技能。 3. 食材物料進貨盤點、品質檢查與存貨庫存管理。 4. 落實廚房內場環境清潔、各式廚具與設備之清洗、保養與維護。 5. 控制食材份量與損耗，確保烹調過程符合安全與衛生規範。
