About this role
˙Provide pre-sales technical support to the sales team (product presentations, solution design) ˙Support customers in PoC / pilot testing, validation, and troubleshooting ˙Handle technical issue analysis and debugging in real customer environments ˙Work closely with R&D to identify, report, and track product issues ˙Assist in network design and validation (Wi-Fi AP, Mesh, Controller) ˙Support deployment, installation, and optimization of customer projects ˙Prepare technical documentation (test reports, application notes, deployment guides) ˙5+ years of experience in networking (FAE, technical support, or related roles) ˙Experience in Wi-Fi deployment projects (Enterprise, ISP, WISP) ˙Solid understanding of Wi-Fi technologies (802.11 a/b/g/n/ac/ax/6E/7) ˙Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, routing, VLAN, DHCP, Mesh, roaming, Passpoint (OpenRoaming) and networking fundamentals ˙Familiar with Controller / Cloud platforms (e.g., CAPWAP-based systems) ˙Experience with Linux / CLI environment ˙RF planning or site survey experience (e.g., Ekahau)
