- 1. 顧客服務與商品介紹：接待門市顧客，介紹醫療用品、居家照護輔具及健康相關商品，協助顧客了解商品特色與使用方式。 2. 商品銷售與需求諮詢：了解顧客需求，提供合適的商品選購建議及基本售後服務。 3. 商品陳列與庫存作業：執行商品上架、補貨、陳列整理、效期檢查及日常庫存盤點。 4. 門市日常營運作業：辦理收銀結帳、銷售紀錄、商品退換貨及相關行政作業。 5. 門市環境維護：維持商品展示區及工作環境整潔，提供舒適的購物環境。 6. 配合門市日常作業及主管交辦事項。
