Based within the North West Endoscopy Academy, the successful candidate will work as part of the Academy team while collaborating with multidisciplinary colleagues across England. This will include clinical leads, mentors, Higher Education Institution partners, NHS England colleagues, screening centres and representatives from Endoscopy Training Academies in other regions.

Acting as the central point of coordination, the postholder will support delivery to agreed timescales, monitor progress against key milestones and provide high-quality project management support to this complex national initiative. The role offers a valuable opportunity to build relationships across regions and professions while contributing to a programme with national impact.

  • Maintaining project plans and ensuring delivery milestones are met.

  • Maintaining risk, issue and action logs and supporting mitigation plans.
  • Developing effective working relationships with regional and national stakeholders.
  • Liaising with trainees, mentors, Academy Leads, NHS England, higher education partners and screening centres.
  • Supporting communication and engagement activities across all participating academies.
  • Ensuring accurate documentation and audit trails are maintained throughout the project lifecycle.
