As a Recovery Worker, you'll enjoy the autonomy to manage a varied caseload across towns and villages, building meaningful relationships with the people you support and becoming a valued part of the local community. This is a frontline role at WithYou, where you will provide continuity of care through effective partnership working, care coordination, key work responsibilities, and intervention delivery. You will manage an active caseload, connecting quickly with clients and ensuring theyre always treated with respect and dignity. You will be working within a highly skilled and knowledgeable multi-disciplinary team who will support you in your development and your ability to deliver the best care you can to our clients.
This role is full time and permanent, based in Bridgnorth and the surrounding areas across the South of Shropshire. The working hours are 37.5 per week, including some Saturday work on a rota basis.
