Job Description
Responsabilidades do cargo
- Apoiar a construção e o acompanhamento do forecast em conjunto com os clientes estratégicos e a área de Supply Chain.
- Acompanhar os planos de pedidos e garantir o alinhamento com o planejamento acordado.
- Analisar indicadores de performance, como FCA e OTIF, propondo ações para melhorias contínuas.
- Realizar análises de dados para suportar decisões e acompanhar variações no consumo de clientes.
- Monitorar o fluxo de pedidos e auxiliar na resolução de problemas relacionados ao estoque ou bloqueios.
- Colaborar com a área comercial para alinhar estratégias e ações que atendam às demandas dos clientes.
- Atualizar e gerenciar dashboards e relatórios no Power BI para consolidação e compartilhamento de informações internas.
- Realizar visitas aos clientes para fortalecer relacionamentos e/ou identificar novas oportunidades.
- Participar de reuniões regulares com clientes e áreas internas para alinhamento de expectativas e análise de resultados.
- Apoiar na sinalização de possíveis rupturas, garantindo soluções proativas em conjunto com as áreas envolvidas.
Educação e experiência
- Superior Completo em Engenharia, Administração, Economia e afins.
- Idioma: Inglês e Espanhol básico desejável.
- Experiência em áreas de Supply Chain, Customer Service (Com Foco em CPFR) ou análise de dados.
