The Impact You'll Make As our Line Quality Engineer , you will play a key role in improving product quality and manufacturing performance by reducing scrap and rework across the production line. Your work will directly contribute to operational excellence, waste reduction, and a more sustainable manufacturing environment. Working closely with production, manufacturing, and continuous improvement teams, you will use data, problem-solving methods, and quality tools to identify opportunities, drive improvements, and ensure consistent product quality. - What You’ll Be Doing Lead cross-functional teams to achieve scrap and rework reduction goals and improve overall manufacturing performance.
- Analyze production and quality data to identify trends, solve problems, and implement effective process improvements.
- Support and guide quality technicians and inspectors to ensure quality standards are met and daily objectives are achieved.
- Drive the digitalization and optimization of quality documentation and in-process quality records to improve efficiency and traceability.
- Apply quality tools and continuous improvement methodologies to strengthen processes and enhance product quality.
- What We're Looking For 1 year of experience in a quality-related role within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into practical improvements.
- Knowledge of quality tools and structured problem-solving methodologies.
- Confidence using Microsoft Office and digital tools to manage, analyze, and communicate information.
- Effective advanced english communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work independently and influence teams toward common goals.
