The opportunity
- your next adventure awaits As Finance & Performance Lead, you will serve as a trusted advisor to the Consulting Leadership Team, helping shape strategic decisions, improve business performance and deliver sustainable profitable growth.
- You will have significant influence on the financial management and performance of the Swiss Consulting business.
- Your key responsibilities: Coordinate the financial planning, budgeting and forecasting process for Consulting Switzerland, providing a clear view of performance, risks and opportunities.
- Deliver insightful analysis of revenue, margin, utilization and business performance, translating financial data into actionable recommendations for Consulting leadership.
- Support strategic decision-making through financial modelling, business cases, investment assessments and forward-looking performance insights.
- Drive financial discipline, commercial rigor and performance accountability across the business by identifying risks, challenging assumptions and translating insights into actions. the business, challenging assumptions and supporting leaders in achieving their objectives.
- Partner closely with PFA and PBFA teams to ensure financial and operational risks are identified early, translated into business actions, and rigorously tracked through to resolution.
- Act as a trusted finance business partner to Consulting leadership, providing fact-based guidance, constructive challenge and practical support to drive sustainable growth and profitability.
- What we look for Significant experience in commercial finance, FP&A, finance business partnering or a comparable finance leadership role.
- A university degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or a related discipline; a professional finance qualification is an advantage.
- Experience leading financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and performance management processes in a complex, performance-driven environment, ideally within professional services.
- Strong financial and commercial acumen with the ability to understand business drivers and translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent analytical, financial modelling and problem-solving capabilities.
- Experience developing business cases, scenario analysis and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.
- The confidence and credibility to challenge senior stakeholders constructively and influence outcomes.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to present complex financial topics in a clear and compelling way.
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with financial planning, reporting and business intelligence tools.
- Strong ownership, attention to detail and execution discipline, with a focus on delivering results.
- Excellent English; German and/or French is a strong advantage.
