Job Summary
- As a Customer Business Manager, focusing on the Walmart business, you will play a pivotal role in cultivating and managing GPN’s relationship with Walmart, one of its most significant retail partners.
Your Responsibilities Account Management
- Manage day-to-day customer relationships and communications Development and implementation of customer specific business plans to meet and exceed sales targets, volume growth and profitability goals Trade fund management with P&L understanding and ownership Insights & Analytics Utilize Nielsen and Luminate/Scintilla data to understand trends, results, and customer behavior Identify and develop compelling selling stories to move strategy forward Forecasting & Planning Monitor sales performance and work closely with internal stakeholders to develop and lead accurate sales forecasts Cross Functional Collaboration Drive strong partnerships with internal cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of strategies Collaborate with Walmart’s merchandising and replenishment teams to optimize product availability, placement, and promotions Digital Acceleration Key contributor to accelerating omni-channel platform via digital shelf management, content and search optimization, ratings and reviews, online visibility Experience and Education Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing or related field from a 4 year college or university 5 or more years of CPG sales experience into Walmart and/or Sam’s Digital / Omni channel skills (search optimization) Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, Word Where and how you will work This opportunity is based in Northwest Arkansas with hybrid working arrangements available through our Smart working model which allows a great choice in how you work and live, giving you a better work-life balance.
