About this role
YOUR ROLE
You’ll support the planning and delivery of ASOS’ events, helping us create brilliantly organised, engaging experiences that bring ASOS to life and support our business priorities.
Reporting to the Senior Events Manager, you’ll take day-to-day ownership of agreed events and workstreams, coordinating plans, suppliers and logistics to keep everything moving. You’ll work closely with teams across Brand, Comms and the wider business to turn event briefs into memorable experiences.
This is a hands-on opportunity to bring fresh ideas, build your experience and help shape how ASOS shows up IRL, with guidance and support from the Senior Events Manager.
What you'll be doing...
- Supporting the delivery of ASOS’ events programme, taking day-to-day ownership of agreed smaller events and defined workstreams within larger projects.
- Coordinating event logistics, including agencies, supplier schedules, materials and on-site arrangements.
- Working with agencies and suppliers against agreed briefs, obtaining quotes, tracking deliverables and escalating any changes or concerns.
- Maintaining budget trackers, coordinating purchase orders and invoices, and flagging potential overspend. You’ll seek approval from the Senior Events Manager before committing spend or changing scope.
- Coordinating input and approvals from teams across ASOS, keeping event plans aligned with wider campaigns and priorities.
- Providing hands-on support during event set-up, delivery and breakdown, resolving day-to-day issues and escalating risks where needed.
- Bringing together attendance data, feedback and costs for post-event reporting, and identifying practical ways to make the next event even better.
- Supporting our culture by championing Diversity, Equity & Inclusion strategies.
Who we'd like to meet...
- Experience coordinating and delivering events, with ownership of projects or defined workstreams.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working with agencies, suppliers and production partners, as well as supporting budgets and event administration.
- Clear communication skills and a collaborative approach to working with people across different teams.
- Creative thinking, a practical and delivery-focused mindset, and a genuine interest in fashion, culture and brand experiences.
- The confidence to work independently on agreed priorities, alongside the judgement to know when to ask for guidance or raise an issue.
What success looks like
- You’re highly organised, have a sharp eye for detail and can be relied on to deliver.
- You keep plans on track, communicate clearly with stakeholders and suppliers, and deliver agreed activity to a high standard, on time and within budget.
- You also bring fresh thinking, anticipate practical challenges and raise risks early, helping the team find solutions before they become problems.
