About this role
- Generate and process customer invoices in accordance with contractual terms and billing schedules.
- Review billing inputs for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with client requirements.
- Submit invoices through customer portals, email, or billing platforms.
- Monitor billing deadlines and ensure adherence to SLA commitments.
- Resolve billing exceptions, invoice rejections, and customer queries in a timely manner.
