Job Description
perform daily Processing & approving of daily settlements, as per SLA.
Ensuring back-up tasks are being implemented as per back-up plan.
Manage daily financial relationship between banks Versus different payment systems.
Support in New project DTM, COE…ETC
Responsibilities
- 1. Handling all types of Scheme Settlements & Reconciliation for NI Client.
- 2. Ensuring end-to-end reconciliation for NI Issuing/Acquiring business.
- 3. Reconciliation various GL’s, accurate processing of rejects, exception clearing, re-processing and other related activities.
- 4. Raising any abnormalities to relevant teams seeing through to complete closure.
- 5. Ensuring timely and accurate settlements.
- 6. Ensure both internal & external queries/issues are addressed/resolved correctly.
- 7. Reconcile end of day reports for card holders’ transactions (General Ledger File Report, Issuer Daily Reconciliation, merchant posting file…ETC) against payment system reports.
- 8. Check outgoing transactions for all acquiring versus payment systems collection.
- 9. Review samples of cardholders’ statements to ensure that all account details and transactions are properly reflected.
- 10. Support the implementation and testing of new payment systems before its launch.
- 11. Investigate unordinary cases in settlements and work on solving them with development team and payment system and escalate unsolved problems when needed.
- 12. Mange training sessions, workshops, training material for client banks to train them on Settlement and Reconciliations modules on payment systems
- 13. Performs other related duties as required.
