About this role
The Producer develops, writes and produces promotional content that brings Tennis Channel’s brand, programming and tennis coverage to life. Working within TC Creative, this role takes projects from concept and script through production and final delivery, creating work that connects with dedicated tennis fans and welcomes new audiences.
The role combines strong writing, creative thinking and hands-on production skills, with an understanding of how storytelling should adapt across broadcast, streaming, social and digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop concepts and write scripts for tournament campaigns, programming launches, brand spots, topical promos and other promotional content.
- Produce projects from initial brief through final delivery, coordinating footage, voiceover, music, graphics, editing and audio finishing.
- Direct voiceover sessions and collaborate with editors, designers and audio engineers to deliver polished, cohesive work.
- Turn programming priorities and marketing objectives into clear, engaging creative ideas that give audiences a reason to watch.
- Shape stories around players, rivalries, competition and tennis culture, connecting the sport to a broad range of fans.
- Adapt creative for different platforms, audiences and durations, considering the needs of each format from the outset.
- Partner with Marketing, Programming, Production, Social and Digital teams to align messaging, deliverables and schedules.
- Coordinate with external production companies and vendors as needed.
- Produce network sizzles, sales presentations and promotional content supporting commercial partnerships as needed.
- Incorporate stakeholder feedback while maintaining a clear creative direction and high production standards.
- Manage multiple projects, communicate progress and flag changes to scope, timing or resources.
- Keep assigned requests updated in Asana, our project management tool, including status changes, subtasks where needed and links to final videos.
- Ensure scripts, footage, music, branding and calls to action are accurate, approved and ready for delivery.
- Contribute ideas that evolve Tennis Channel’s promotional approach, including new formats, production techniques and creative tools.
Skills and Experience
- Experience writing and producing promos, campaigns or branded content for a network, streaming service, agency or comparable creative environment.
- A portfolio demonstrating strong concepts, concise writing and effective visual storytelling.
- An understanding of the production process, including editing, motion graphics, voiceover direction, music selection and audio finishing.
- Working knowledge of editing and graphics systems, with the ability to guide editors and designers.
- Ability to write in different tones while maintaining a consistent brand voice.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to editorial and technical detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver quality work under tight deadlines.
- A collaborative approach, sound creative judgment and confidence presenting ideas and responding to feedback.
- Interest in tennis, sports and culture, with a curiosity about how to reach both established and emerging audiences.

The base salary compensation range for this role is $101,228 - $112,476. Final compensation for this role will be determined by various factors such as a candidates’ relevant work experience, skills, certifications, and geographic location. Full time positions are eligible for benefits that include participation in a retirement plan, life and disability insurance, health, dental and vision plans, flexible spending accounts, sick leave, vacation time, personal time, parental leave and employee stock purchase plan.
