Bristlecone India Limited’s SAP Planning – Delivery team seeks a seasoned Lead SAP IBP OBP Consultant to spearhead the design, implementation, and optimization of Order‑Based Planning solutions. The role involves deep collaboration with cross‑functional teams to integrate SAP Integrated Business Planning with SAP S/4HANA or ECC, streamline supply planning processes, and deliver actionable insights that boost operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

• Lead the end‑to‑end implementation of SAP IBP Order‑Based Planning (OBP) modules.
• Configure and customize OBP models to align with client business processes.
• Integrate SAP IBP with SAP S/4HANA or ECC for seamless data flow.
• Design and execute supply planning optimization strategies.
• Provide technical and functional support throughout the project lifecycle.
• Conduct workshops and training sessions for stakeholders and end‑users.
• Collaborate with data architects to ensure data quality and integrity.
• Develop and maintain documentation, including solution designs and test scripts.
• Monitor system performance and recommend enhancements for continuous improvement.
• Stay current with SAP IBP roadmap and industry best practices.
• 10+ years of experience in SAP Integrated Business Planning, specifically OBP.
• Proven track record of implementing IBP solutions integrated with SAP S/4HANA or ECC.
• Strong functional knowledge of supply chain planning, demand, and inventory management.
• SAP IBP certification (OBP) preferred.
• Hands‑on experience with SAP HANA, BW/4HANA, and data integration tools.
• Excellent problem‑solving and analytical skills.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Experience leading cross‑functional project teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field; Master’s preferred.
• Willingness to travel to client sites as required.
