Key Responsibilities
- 半導体製造用（成膜用）プラズマ装置の詳細設計業務
- 社員指示の下での新規プラズマ装置の設計、組み立て
- Detailed design of plasma deposition equipment for semiconductor manufacturing
- Design and assembly of new plasma equipment under the instruction of company engineers

Work Experience
