Key Responsibilities
- 半導体製造装置の機械部品設計および製図
- 3D CADを用いたモデリング、設計業務
- 機械解析、構造解析、強度解析の実施
- 装置の機能改善に向けた調査・分析
- 実験計画、評価、検証業務
- BOM（部品表）作成および設計関連ドキュメント作成
- Mechanical design and drafting of semiconductor equipment components
- 3D CAD modeling and design activities
- Mechanical, structural, and strength analysis
- Investigation and analysis for equipment performance improvement
- Planning and execution of testing, evaluation, and validation
- BOM (Bill of Materials) creation and engineering documentation

Work Experience
必須要件 ■ Must Have
- 機械設計経験3年以上
- 自動車・半導体・機械関連業界での実務経験
- 金属部品を含む機械設計経験
- 改善提案や機能強化業務の経験
- 装置の実験、評価、検証経験
- 基本的なPCスキル
- チームで円滑に業務を進められるコミュニケーション能力
- 3+ years of mechanical design experience
- Experience in automotive, semiconductor, or machinery-related industries
- Experience designing metal and mechanical components
- Experience in product improvement and functionality enhancement activities
- Experience in equipment testing, evaluation, and validation
- Basic PC skills
- Strong communication and teamwork skills

- 機械工学（材料力学、熱力学、流体力学、機械力学）の基礎知識
- 構造解析、強度解析などのシミュレーション経験
- Knowledge of mechanical engineering fundamentals (materials, thermal, fluid, and mechanical dynamics)
- Experience with simulation analysis such as structural and stress analysis
- 語学力
- Language Skill
- 日本人、またはJLPT N2以上
- Native Japanese or JLPT N2 and above for bilingual candidates
