Job Title: Warehouse Associate

Job DescriptionThis role focuses on receiving, organizing, and moving materials within a modern, climate-controlled warehouse while ensuring orders are accurately prepared and shipped on time. You will work with material handling equipment, inventory systems, and warehouse management tools to support efficient operations and maintain a safe, clean, and well-organized facility.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and process incoming materials and shipments to ensure accuracy and quality.
• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment according to specific requirements and schedules.
• Load and unload trucks using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment in a safe and efficient manner.
• Maintain accurate inventory records through regular cycle counts and timely inventory transactions.
• Stage materials and deliver products to production or shipping areas as needed to support workflow.
• Utilize RF scanners, inventory systems, and warehouse management software to track and manage materials.
• Verify shipping documentation and confirm that orders are completed accurately and shipped on time.
• Organize warehouse areas to optimize space utilization and maintain a clean, orderly work environment.
• Follow all company safety procedures, operating standards, and best practices for material handling.
• Assist with inventory audits and participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse operations.

Work EnvironmentThis position is based in a modern, state-of-the-art warehouse with an air-conditioned shop and well-maintained equipment.

The standard schedule follows 4x10-hour shifts on 1st shift from 5:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., with flexibility to start at 4:00 a.m., 5:00 a.m., or 6:00 a.m. Voluntary overtime is often available on Fridays for an additional 5 to 10 hours. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $48000.00 - $63000.00/yr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
