Responsibilities
- Clean and maintain plant areas, including production floors and workstations, to support a safe and orderly environment.
- Perform general labor tasks as assigned, such as moving materials, organizing work areas, and assisting with basic production activities.
- Assist with packaging and packing products according to established procedures and quality standards.
- Inspect products and materials for visible defects or issues and report any concerns to the appropriate personnel.
- Use basic hand tools safely and correctly to support production and cleaning tasks.
- Follow all safety guidelines, plant procedures, and work instructions while completing assigned duties.
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production and cleanliness goals.
Essential Skills
- Ability to perform general labor tasks in a production or plant environment.
- Experience or comfort with production, packaging, and packing activities.
- Basic inspection skills to identify visible defects or irregularities in products.
- Ability to use basic hand tools safely and effectively.
- Willingness to perform cleaning and maintenance tasks throughout the plant.
- Ability to follow instructions and work efficiently with minimal supervision.

Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Louisville, KY.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
