Job Title: Electro-MechanicJob DescriptionAs an Electro-Mechanic, you will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing electro-mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic production equipment, including 3 Phase motors, conveyors, and presses. You will also engage in limited PLC troubleshooting and perform general maintenance tasks across various systems.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and repair electro-mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic production equipment.
- Perform troubleshooting and repairs on 3 Phase motors, conveyors, and presses.
- Conduct limited PLC troubleshooting and general maintenance tasks.
- Work on hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
- Ensure equipment reliability and efficiency.
Essential Skills
- Associate's degree in maintenance or equivalent military experience.
- 1-3 years of industrial maintenance experience.
- Multi-skilled in both electrical and mechanical disciplines.
- Experience with hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Preference for candidates with military mechanical experience.

Work EnvironmentJoin a large tile manufacturing environment with 140 people on-site. The work area can be dusty due to tile dust, but is maintained fairly clean. Some tasks may require working at heights on scaffolding. Be prepared for hot conditions during summer months near kilns and ovens. Steel toe footwear is required, but shorts and cut-off t-shirts are acceptable attire. This position is primarily based on the Press Line, which involves more mechanical work and may be dustier compared to other areas.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Lawrenceburg, KY.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $30.00 - $30.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
