About this role
Aerotek is hiring PLC Technicians for a manufacturing company located in Memphis, TN. These positions are both direct hire placements either on 2nd or 3rd shift paying $45-$48/hr. Please apply for immediate consideration.
What Youll Do
- Troubleshoot Allen-Bradley PLCs using RSLogix and Studio 5000
- Diagnose and repair 480V 3-phase motors, relays, and electrical systems
- Replace and configure VFDs
- Troubleshoot sensors, encoders, limit switches, and Ethernet/IP networks
- Work on extrusion machines, CNC machines, presses, and automated paint lines
- Read electrical schematics and ladder logic; perform minor PLC edits
- Perform basic welding and fabrication as needed
What Were Looking For
- 35 years of industrial maintenance/electrical troubleshooting experience
- Strong Allen-Bradley PLC and 480V electrical experience
- Ability to independently troubleshoot equipment and production issues
- Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude
- Fabrication or extrusion experience is a plus
Schedule
- 3rd shift: 11:30pm-7am
- 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM11:30 PM
- 2 Saturdays per month
- Overtime available/expected as needed

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $83200.00 - $99840.00/yr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.health, dental, vision, medical, hsa, life & disability
