What You'll Do
- Operate forklifts to move materials throughout the facility
- Load and unload trucks, including flatbeds and LTL shipments
- Transport materials to production and welding departments
- Receive, organize, and store incoming inventory
- Pull and stage materials for production jobs
- Maintain accurate inventory records and paperwork
- Verify shipments against packing lists and report discrepancies
- Keep warehouse, storage areas, and yard organized
- Work with drivers to safely load and unload materials
- Operate material handling equipment including forklifts, pallet jacks, cranes, and hoists
- Follow all safety procedures and PPE requirements
- Assist with general shop and fabrication support as needed
Requirements
- 1+ year of forklift experience
- Experience loading and unloading trucks
- Shipping and receiving experience preferred
- Ability to work both indoors and outdoors
- Strong attention to detail and organization skills
- Ability to safely move and handle large materials
- Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment
- Ability to lift, bend, stand, and move throughout the workday
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with heavy-capacity forklifts
- Experience operating cranes, hoists, or rigging equipment
- Manufacturing, warehouse, or industrial experience
- Inventory control experience
- Experience reading bills of materials or work orders

Job Type & LocationThis is a Permanent position based out of Watertown, MN.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $40000.00 - $60000.00/yr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
