Manufacturing/Production Associate
Both Day shift and Swing shift available. We are looking for a safety-oriented team player who is ready to contribute to our production process. Essential Skills
- Experience in production, general labor, or machine operation.
- Mechanically inclined with skills in assembly and machine operating.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Familiarity with hand tools and power tools.
- Mechanical aptitude.
- Previous experience in landscaping, construction, or general labor.
- Forklift operation and packaging experience.
- Ability to read blueprints and use a tape measure.
- Inventory management and material handling.
Responsibilities
- Manually load and unload materials and parts.
- Consistently move materials, requiring kneeling and bending.
- Stack materials and assemble wire mesh nets.
- Thread wire mesh together.
- Observe equipment operations to detect malfunctions and notify operators.

Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of ALGODONES, NM.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $17.50 - $18.25/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
