We're looking for skilled Commercial Painters / Paint & Finishing Technicians to join a growing team working on a variety of high-profile commercial projects.From healthcare facilities and retail centers to hotels, multifamily developments, and industrial buildings, you'll work on projects that showcase your craftsmanship while providing long-term career stability and growth opportunities.What You'll Be Doing Painting & Finishing
• Apply paints, primers, stains, sealers, and specialty coatings using brushes, rollers, and spray equipment • Perform detailed finish work on trim, doors, cabinetry, and architectural features • Match colors and finishes to project specifications • Complete touch-ups and final inspections to ensure a high-quality finished product Surface Preparation
• Clean, sand, scrape, patch, caulk, mask, and prime surfaces prior to painting • Repair drywall imperfections and minor wall damage • Protect surrounding surfaces and finished areas during painting operations • Ensure all surfaces are properly prepared for long-lasting results Construction & Job Site Support
• Assist with drywall repairs, punch-list items, and light finish carpentry when needed • Organize and maintain tools, materials, and equipment • Work closely with supervisors and other trades to keep projects on schedule • Maintain a safe and professional job site What We're Looking For Required Qualifications
• 2+ years of painting, finishing, or related construction experience • Experience with surface preparation and paint application • Ability to use brushes, rollers, and spray equipment • Basic drywall repair and patching skills • Ability to work from ladders, scaffolding, and elevated platforms • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation • Strong attention to detail and pride in your work • Ability to work independently and as part of a team Preferred Experience
