Now Hiring Production Assemblers in Halifax, PA

Responsibilities
- Assemble metal stoves and related components according to specifications.
- Read and interpret blueprints and work instructions.
- Work collaboratively with team members on the production line.
- Maintain quality standards while meeting production goals.
- Perform basic inspections to ensure accurate assembly of finished products.
Qualifications
- Previous manufacturing, assembly, or production experience preferred.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints or technical drawings.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Experience operating manufacturing equipment is a plus.

Work Schedule
1st Shift: Monday - ThursdayOvertime: Available on Fridays as neededWork Environment
- Manufacturing facility assembling metal stove products.
- Steel-toe boots required.
- Facility is not climate-controlled and may be warm during summer months.
- Safety equipment, including protective eyewear, is provided as needed.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Halifax, PA.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
