- Pick up finished food products from the end of the conveyor line.
- Stack and organize products on pallets, following company guidelines.
- Inspect products for quality and report any issues to the supervisor.
- Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs).
Essential Skills
- 1+ year of General Production Experience
- Ability to lift 20-30 lbs regularly
- Experience with production, general labor, and pallet building
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Comfortable working in an environment that may be warm or cold
- Inventory and loading experience

Work EnvironmentThe work environment includes two shifts: 1st Shift from 6:00am to 2:30pm, Monday through Friday, and 2nd Shift from 12:00pm to 8:00pm, Monday through Friday. Employees are required to adhere to GMP standards which include wearing a hair net, beard net, smocks, steel toes, and a hard hat. The facility operates in a refrigerated environment, and pallets are placed on a spring lifter to minimize back strain, with products handled at waist level.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
