Hiring for Forklift Operator and Material Handler IN Memphis, Paying $21/h APPLY NOW!!! START ASAP!!!Responsibilities

• Coordinate the movement of materials to manufacturing areas to support production schedules and ensure timely replenishment.
• Physically move materials throughout the facility, including manufacturing, shipping, parts preparation, and office areas, while maintaining accuracy and safety.
• Execute all required material movements in the system, using RF scanners and ERP transactions to keep inventory records current and accurate.
• Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and other warehouse equipment, in a safe and efficient manner.
• Maintain organized bin management and ensure First In, First Out (FIFO) practices are consistently followed.
• Return unused materials from manufacturing areas to the stockroom using RF scanners and proper documentation.
• Properly dispose of scrap components according to established procedures and guidelines.
• Pull and process materials for purges from stock as needed, ensuring correct handling and documentation.
• Perform warehouse cycle counts where appropriate to support accurate inventory control.
• Verify material movements and related paperwork to ensure correct physical and system tracking of all materials.
• Use scan guns and RF scanners to pick, load, count, and pack materials for production and shipping.
• Support kitting activities by assembling and organizing components for production, acting as a kitting specialist or kitting operator when required.
• Carry out picking, packing, loading, counting, and packaging tasks with strong attention to detail.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors, peers, and other departments to resolve material issues and support production needs.
• Perform other warehouse and stockroom duties as assigned to support overall operations.

Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Memphis, TN.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $21.20 - $21.20/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
