• Perform simple to medium complexity tasks related to customer-specific process requirements.
• Verify system conditions or equipment status before operation.
• Inspect components to ensure specifications are met.
• Enter data as required.
• Train other employees on production processes or equipment usage as requested by the Supervisor.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
• Follow instructions from the Supervisor and/or Production Manager, adhering to company policies and safe labor practices.
• Utilize laser radiation (non-ionizing) sources in a manner that is safe for all employees and visitors, considering various wavelengths of laser light.
• Conduct oneself in a professional and appropriate manner, maintaining a high standard of conduct and job performance.
• In the clean room area, clean and process parts as required per specification.

Essential Skills

• Experience in production, cleanroom, assembly, and machine operation.
• Proficiency in general production, handling hand tools, inspection, and packaging.
• Experience with medical assembly.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Ability to comprehend documentation requirements.
• Capability to train other employees.
• Commitment to maintaining a clean and safe work area.

Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Nashua, NH.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $21.00 - $24.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
