5:00 PM - 5:00 AM
- Initial training completed on first shift
- Sunday-Tuesday + Every Other Wednesday or
- Thursday-Saturday + Every Other Wednesday
What You'll Do
As a Machine Operator, you'll set up and operate specialized equipment that combines multiple fine wires into larger assemblies while ensuring exceptional quality and efficiency. Key Responsibilities
- Set up, load, thread, and operate wire-processing machinery
- Monitor production and quickly resolve wire snags, knots, and other issues
- Perform machine adjustments and minor repairs to maintain performance
- Conduct visual quality inspections on small components and finished products
- Use hand tools to support equipment setup, troubleshooting, and maintenance
- Follow work instructions, quality standards, and safety procedures
- Meet production and quality goals
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
- Support continuous improvement efforts throughout production
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Loveland, CO.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
