If you thrive in a bustling production environment and love keeping operations moving behind the scenes, this is the role for you.What You Will DoAs a Shipping and Billing Clerk, you will be the administrative backbone of the logistics team, ensuring paperwork is flawless, drivers are supported, and data entry is completed with high precision.

• Prepare, enter, and verify shipping load sheets accurately in the system
• Generate billing, customer invoices, and documentation for all outgoing shipments
• Check, scan, and print bills of lading and matching accounting paperwork
• Input data for daily inventory transactions, order entries, and product reports
• Coordinate directly with truck drivers to hand out paperwork, give directions, and resolve load issues
• Communicate with the production and inventory control teams to keep product flowing smoothly
• Protect customer data privacy by following all confidentiality guidelines
• Complete general office work including filing, reporting, and organizing logistics records

What We Are Looking For

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience: Solid history in shipping, receiving, order entry, or basic accounting and billing
• Tech Skills: Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook, and comfort learning inventory software
• Math Aptitude: Sharp basic math skills to double check shipping quantities, weights, pricing, and totals
• Communication: Excellent people skills to talk with truck drivers, warehouse teams, and management
• Accuracy: High attention to detail with speed and accuracy during heavy data entry tasks

Bonus Points

• Prior experience working in a fast paced manufacturing, food production, or logistics hub
• Familiarity with ERP systems or large scale inventory management software

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
