Warehouse Order PickerJob Summary: We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Order Picker to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately selecting, packaging, and preparing customer orders for shipment while maintaining a safe and organized warehouse environment.
Responsibilities
- Pick and verify customer orders using pick lists, RF scanners, or warehouse management systems.
- Accurately locate, select, and stage products for shipping.
- Package and label orders according to company standards.
- Perform inventory checks and report discrepancies.
- Load, unload, and move materials throughout the warehouse.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Follow quality standards and safety procedures at all times.
- Assist with receiving, stocking, and other warehouse duties as needed.
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse, order picking, or material handling experience preferred.
- Ability to read and follow work instructions and pick sheets.
- Comfortable using RF scanners and warehouse software.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand, walk, bend, and reach throughout the shift.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
- Forklift experience is a plus but not required.

Schedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday with occasional overtime as needed. Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Sioux Falls, SD.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.00 - $22.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
